I begin with the name of Allah the most merciful and the most kind, peace and blessing be upon beloved Prophet (S.A.W)

MANKIND CANNOT ACHIEVE PEACE AND HARMONY WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE LAST MESSANGER OF ALLAH (SWT)

Believing in the last prophet Muhammad (Sall Allahu Alaihi Wasallam) and having strong faith in him as the greatest mercy of Allah (SWT) for the whole universe and the key to harmony and success.

Rasul Allah (SAAW) is the need for all mankind and for all times to come. Allah (subhanahu wa tahala) says in the Holy Quran: "O People of the scriptures (Jews & Christians) now has come to you our (beloved) messenger (Muhammad SAAW) explaining to you much of that which you used to hide from the scripture and passing over (leaving out without explaining) much. Indeed there has come to you a light (prophet Muhammad SAAW) and a plain book (Al-Quran). Herewith Allah guides all those who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace and He (the most High) brings them out of darkness by His will unto light and guides them to the straight way." (Verses 15 & 16 Chapter 5)

THE GREATEST FAVOUR OF ALLAH

Allah (SWT) says in the Holy Quran: "Indeed Allah conferred a great favour on the believers when He sent among them a messenger (Sayyidina Ambia Muhammad SAAW) from among themselves reciting unto them His (SWT) verses (the Quran) and purifying them (from sins by following him with true faith) and instructing them (in) the Book (Al-Quran) and Al-Hikmah (the wisdom) i.e. Sunnah of the prophet SAAW while before that they had been in manifest error." (Verse 164 Chapter 4)

THE PROPHETHOOD OF SAYYIDINA MUHAMMAD WAS MENTIONED BY ALLAH (SWT) IN THE PREVIOUS SCRIPTURES

Those Christians and Jews who accepted Islam are the ones who believed in the instructions concerning Holy prophet Muhammad SAAW mentioned in the scriptures - Allah says: "Those who follow the messenger SAAW the prophet who is ummiyy neither reads nor writes (i.e. Muhammad SAAW) whom they find written with them in the Tauhra and the Gospel - He (SAAW) commands them to Al- Maruf (all which is good for the whole universe) and forbids them from Al- Munkar (all which is harmful). He SAAW allows them as lawful At-Tayyibat (good, pure and lawful) and prohibits them as unlawful Aal-Khaba'ith (all kinds of evils). He SAAW releases them from their heavy burdens and from the fetters (bindings) that ware upon them." (Verse 157 Chapter 7)

THE OBEDIENCE OF HOLY PROPHET (SAAW) IS THE ONLY WAY TO THE SUCCESS OF MANKIND

It is now the right time for humanity to study the facts (without prejudice) about the prophet Muhammad SAAW. Deep study of his life will enable us to know him (SAAW) and believe in him (SAAW). Allah says in the Holy Quran: "So those who believe in Him (Muhammad SAAW), honour him, help him and follow the light (the Quran) which has been sent down with him (SAAW), it is they who will be successful." (Verse 157 Chapter 7)

PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAAW) IS THE MESSANGER OF ALLAH FOR ALL MANKIND

The beloved messenger of Allah is not sent but as a mercy for the whole universe. Anyone who approaches the mercy of Allah will find the doors open for him at all times. The western world should stop criticising Islam and the messenger of Allah (SAAW) and sincerely ponder over the teachings of Islam. The prophet of Allah (SWT) is sent for peace and success in the lives of all mankind as Allah (SWT) says in the Holy Quran: "Say (O Muhammad SAAW) "O mankind! Verily I am sent to you all as the messenger of Allah to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. None has the right to be worshipped but He (the Most High) it is He (SWT) who gives life and causes death. So believe in Allah and His messenger (Muhammad SAAW) the prophet who neither reads nor writes who believes in Allah and His words (the Quran) the Taurah and the Gospel are also Allah's words (and he was i.e. Jesus son of Mary) and follow him so that you may be guided." (Verse 158 Chapter 7)

WHY MILLIONS OF HUMAN BEINGS MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS LOVE SAYYIDINA MUHAMMAD (SAAW) ?

Because he calls them to worship Allah alone, and reject idols and sacred stones that their father had worshipped. He commands all to be true to our word, to return a trust to its owner, to be good to our kindred, to our neighbour, and to stop sin and bloodshed. He forbids abominations and perjury; he forbids us to eat the money of the fatherless or to slander innocent women. He commands us to prayer, give charity and establish fasting. So we believe in him and follow what he has brought to us from Allah (SWT).

Millions revere him (SAAW) because he has given the practical solutions of all major and minor problems that are faced in the world. Problems of diversity of race and colour, economic coercion and exploitation, poverty hunger and famine. Homelessness, status of women, of the young and the old and the problems of alcohol and drug misuse. The list is an endless one, for the entire existence of man is addressed page after page, chapter after chapter of the sayings and doings of the messenger (SAAW) of Allah (SWT). The Sunnah. Millions of Muslims across the globe are fasting in this month of Ramadhan and performing charitable acts, this is the proof of the truthfulness of the message from the Messenger (SAAW) of Allah (SWT).

May we join in prayer today to promise ourselves that we will begin to study the Seerah of the prophet Muhammad (SAAW) and let it touch our lives in this month of Ramadhan. Ameen
